แต่เหตุการณ์ใน DLC ตัวนี้กลับตาลปัตร เพราะหลังชนะสงครามแล้ว จอร์จ วอชิงตัน กลับยึดอำนาจตั้งตนเป็นราชาแห่งอเมริกา และปกครองกดขี่ประชาชน ทำให้ทาง Connor ต้องจับอาวุธลุกขึ้นสู้อีกครั้ง

เนื้อเรื่องในช่วงนี้หลังจากที่อเมริกาประกาศอิสระภาพสำเร็จ เขาก็กลับไปใช้ชื่อจริง Ratonhnhake:ton ของชนเผ่าโมฮอคตามเดิม แต่แล้วเขาก็ทราบข่าวที่คาดไม่ถึง
